Privacy Policy

Prime Team Agency (PTA) understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personally-identifiable information as you use the Data Suite at ptadatasuite.agency. This Privacy Policy tells you how we protect and use information that we gather from you. By using the Data Suite, you consent to the terms described in the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. “We” and “our” mean Prime Team Agency (PTA) and its affiliates. “You” and “your” mean the individual signing in.
What we collect
Your name and email address, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google. Access is by invitation only, so we already hold the email address you were invited with.
Basic usage records: which pages and reports you open, when, and from which IP address and browser. We keep these to secure the service and to see which reports are useful.
Our clients’ marketplace data (sales, advertising, inventory, products), which they authorize us to access under their services agreement. That data belongs to the client, and each client sees only their own.
Google Sign-In
If you use “Continue with Google”, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, and we use them only to identify you. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data, we do not use Google account information for advertising, and we never sell it.
How we use it
To sign you in and show you what you are authorized to see, to produce and improve the reports our clients engage us for, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the providers that run the Data Suite, each bound to use it solely for that purpose: Auth0 (sign-in), Google (if you sign in with Google), Vercel (hosting), Amazon Web Services (database) and Resend (email). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
Account information is kept while you have access and removed when your access ends, except where a record of access must be retained for security or legal reasons. Usage records are kept for a limited period. Client data is kept for the length of the engagement and handled afterwards as the services agreement provides.
Data is encrypted in transit, sign-in is protected against brute-force and suspicious traffic, and access is limited to invited accounts and, for Prime Team staff, by role.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the account information we hold about you, or to remove the Google connection from your account. The Data Suite is a business tool for adults acting for a company; it is not directed at anyone under 18. If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will update the effective date and let signed-in users know.
